U.S. Licensed Tax Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tax Manager to oversee global tax compliance and support internal controls and audit responses.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review federal and state tax returns, lead tax provision processes, and monitor tax law changes
• Oversee sales/use tax registration, filing, and audits while ensuring accurate application of tax rules
• Coordinate international tax filings and support transfer pricing documentation and audit responses

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or tax (CPA preferred)
• 6+ years of progressive tax experience in corporate or public accounting
• Strong knowledge of U.S. tax laws and exposure to international jurisdictions
• Proficiency with tax platforms (Vertex, Avalara) and ERP systems (Oracle/SAP)
