Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP Corporate Controller.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and career development for the accounting team
• Manage all monthly, quarterly, and year-end close activities and prepare consolidated financial statements in accordance with GAAP
• Oversee annual audit processes and lead enhancements in ERP/NetSuite and other integrated systems

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience, including 5+ years in an accounting leadership role
• CPA required with advanced revenue recognition experience in software subscription models
• Public accounting experience with a Big 4 or large national firm
• Deep technical GAAP expertise and experience in the technology industry and M&A
• Experience managing ERP systems (NetSuite) and HRIS (Rippling)
