Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Customer Success Representative, Part-time (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by resolving Partner and Borrower inquiries via phone and email
• Post, reconcile, and balance daily financial transactions related to loan payments
• Identify opportunities to improve overall customer service experience and work on special projects

Required Qualifications

• Fluency in English and French
• Customer Service experience is required
• 1+ years of experience in financial services or call centre environment is an asset
• Previous experience in payment processing is considered an asset
• Availability between 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM, Monday to Friday, with 1-2 weekend shifts per month
