Job Summary

A company is looking for a Telephonic Case Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with healthcare providers and employers to develop and implement treatment plans for injured individuals
• Assess recovery progress and modify case goals based on treatment effectiveness
• Independently manage case workload and prepare status updates for clients

Required Qualifications

• Education: Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field
• Experience: 2+ years of clinical practice preferred, with a focus on workers' compensation or occupational health
• Licenses: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Certifications: URAC-recognized certification in case management (e.g., CCM, CDMS)
• Internet: Must have reliable internet access
