Job Summary

A company is looking for a Registered Nurse IV (Remote).

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical nursing and case management for Active Duty Service Members, including assessments and care planning
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and facilitate communication among healthcare providers
• Develop and implement treatment plans and tools to support case management and ensure continuity of care

Required Qualifications:

• Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution
• Certifications such as Care Manager Certified (CMC) or Certified Case Manager (CCM)
• One year of nursing experience post-graduation
• Current, unrestricted license to practice as a Registered Nurse
