Job Summary

A company is looking for a Hospice Telephone Triage RN.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide remote triage support for hospice patients, utilizing client-customized protocols
• Access electronic medical records (EMRs) for charting and complete documentation during and after calls
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations while working in a quiet, private space

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• MUST have or be willing to obtain a Compact RN license
• Experience in hospice, palliative, or end-of-life care is strongly preferred
• Experience in fast-paced environments such as emergency departments or critical care
• Comfortable using multiple technology applications for documentation
• Must complete three weeks of remote paid training and be available for weekend shifts
