Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls using an automatic dialer, averaging 150-200 calls per day
• Achieve a conversion rate of 20-35% on sales calls
• Engage with low-income, elderly, and veteran demographics while leaving voicemails as necessary

Required Qualifications

• Active resident Healthcare license in the state of residence
• 1+ years of sales experience, preferably with Medicare
• Experience in a high sales-driven and performance-driven environment
• Empathetic approach and desire for professional growth
• Primarily outbound calling experience, with some inbound experience acceptable
