Job Summary

A company is looking for a Multi-Line Damage Adjuster Trainee.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect damage and estimate repair costs for specialty claims including boats, motorcycles, and RVs
• Negotiate settlements and issue payments while providing excellent customer service
• Participate in a comprehensive training program to learn physical damage adjusting

Required Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for the past 3 consecutive years
• Flexibility to work in various locations, including remote and field environments
• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; college degree or current pursuit preferred
• Solid computer skills and mechanical aptitude
• Ability to maintain applicable state and federal certifications and permits
