Job Summary

A company is looking for a Claims Specialist for VT & ME.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage lower-level, non-complex workers' compensation claims under supervision
• Confirm policy coverage, determine claim validity, and establish reserves
• Communicate claim status to customers, claimants, and clients while adhering to guidelines

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience
• Minimum of 1 year of industry experience in claims management preferred
• State Certification as an Experienced Examiner
• Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
