A company is looking for a PBM Sr Clinical Manager, Preferred Drug List.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and streamline clinical and operational PDL activities for Medicaid Fee for Service Clients
  • Manage a team of clinicians, ensuring adequate training and performance oversight
  • Monitor new drugs and develop PDL-related prior authorization criteria while interfacing with various stakeholders
Required Qualifications
  • PharmD or commensurate experience
  • 5+ years of experience in pharmacy benefit or managed care
  • Experience in Medicaid, healthcare technology, and pharmacy analytics
  • Demonstrated leadership experience and ability to manage a team of clinicians
  • Proven understanding of relevant healthcare regulations, particularly related to Medicaid Fee for Service
