Telecommunications Corporate Counsel

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Counsel to support its telecommunications business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, draft, and negotiate various agreements related to telecommunications
• Provide legal advice on regulatory compliance and telecommunications matters
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify and mitigate legal risks

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor Degree (J.D.) from an accredited law school
• Current bar membership in at least one U.S. state; eligibility for admission to Washington, Idaho, Montana, or Oregon bar
• Minimum of 3-5 years of legal experience
• Exceptional contract negotiation and drafting skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
