Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Writer to support a high-impact project within the Veterans Affairs ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and update various program documentation including user guides and training manuals
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex technical concepts into clear documentation
• Support Agile delivery cycles by maintaining accurate artifacts throughout sprints and releases

Required Qualifications

• Public Trust Clearance or higher (ability to obtain and maintain required background investigation)
• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Writer in a federal IT or regulated industry environment
• Proven ability to author and maintain technical content such as SOPs and user documentation
• Experience working with Agile methodologies and supporting cross-functional delivery teams
• Familiarity with documentation tools such as Confluence
