Job Summary

A company is looking for a Proposal Writer- Proposal Development (Direct or Contract).

Key Responsibilities:

• Write, rewrite, and edit narrative content for government proposals, including RFP and RFI responses
• Develop proposal outlines and storyboards to guide content development and ensure compliance with solicitation requirements
• Collaborate with internal teams and subject matter experts to gather input and ensure content accuracy

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:

• Experience in writing and coordinating proposals in a federal or state government contracting environment
• Ability to manage complex schedules and multi-author content development
• Familiarity with compliance matrices and proposal documentation control
• Experience in developing standard content libraries and templates for proposals
• Proficiency in creating graphics and visual elements to enhance written narratives
