Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Technical Writer to support a team of Enterprise Cloud Architects by creating and managing technical documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Enterprise Cloud Architects to document cloud architecture patterns, standards, and best practices
• Develop and maintain technical documentation including design documents, runbooks, SOPs, and user guides
• Participate in cloud governance and architecture review meetings to capture decisions and action items

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, English, or a related field
• Background in Systems Engineering
• Proven experience as a technical writer in an IT or cloud-focused environment
• Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts, particularly Microsoft Azure and AWS
• Proficiency with documentation tools such as Microsoft 365 Products and diagramming tools
