Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Delivery Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and direct multiple technical engagements across clients, ensuring successful delivery from inception to completion
• Conduct recurring business review sessions with clients and oversee client satisfaction metrics
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client escalations and support technical remediation efforts

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Information Security/Assurance, Engineering, or a related field
• 4-7 years of experience in a technical role and customer-facing project delivery leadership
• 2-4 years of experience with cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure) and virtualization/containerization
• Understanding of project management methodologies (PMI, SCRUM, AGILE)
• Demonstrated understanding of Cyber Operations and relevant security frameworks (NIST CSF, MITRE ATT&CK, etc.)
