Job Summary

A company is looking for an Application Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborating with Application Consultants to support customer objectives related to user support and solution optimization
• Troubleshooting technical issues and providing problem resolution for end users
• Documenting customer interactions and contributing to team meetings to support project goals

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience with Anthology Student SIS product
• Experience with at least two core higher education modules (Financial Aid, Student Accounts, or Academics)
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively
• Self-motivated with a commitment to continuous learning and professional growth
• Bachelor's degree preferred
