Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Account Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain customer relationships to drive product adoption and advocacy
• Provide GRC subject-matter expertise and technical advice to customers on Risk Cloud applications
• Manage ongoing account activities, including status meetings, training, and collaboration with internal teams

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in GRC or Risk Advisory
• Expertise in cybersecurity and risk management frameworks such as NIST 800-53 and ISO27001
• Passion for SaaS applications and understanding their value and limitations
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively
• Interest in supporting sales and commercial business development efforts
