Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Account Manager (Remote, United States).

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the designated technical contact for assigned accounts, building relationships and maintaining communication with customer stakeholders
• Provide technical guidance by understanding the customer's SaaS environment and aligning it with their strategic goals
• Collaborate with support and engineering teams to resolve technical issues and ensure timely follow-up, especially in high-priority situations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical customer-facing role, preferably in SaaS, EdTech, or higher education
• 1 or more AWS certifications
• Familiarity with SaaS environments and monitoring/log management tools
• Understanding of service management frameworks and experience managing Linux systems is preferred
