Job Summary

A company is looking for a Part Time Team Travel Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a first escalation point for Partners and resolve support inquiries across multiple channels
  • Communicate updates, fixes, and solutions to Partners while maintaining knowledge of software resources
  • Collaborate with team members and collect data on product issues to improve operational processes
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • College graduate or current college student with 0-2 years of experience in relevant fields
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple events and clients
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Salesforce, G-Suite, and SQL is a plus
  • Interest in learning and adapting to new opportunities in a collaborative environment
  • Flexibility to work later in the day into evenings as needed
