Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vehicle Pre-Authorization Claims Processor (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update equipment registrations
• Provide Pre-Authorization for specific automotive components
• Support OEM Dealers with technical automotive repair inquiries

Required Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of motors and transmissions mechanics
• Experience with Pre-Authorization requests for Independent Repair Facilities
• Minimum of 1 year of Customer Service experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and basic computer skills
• Occasional phone communication with dealers
