Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tax Supervisor/Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review tax returns for various entities including individuals, corporations, and partnerships
• Mentor and guide a team of Associates and Seniors while ensuring accurate and complete tax return preparation
• Communicate regularly with clients regarding their tax returns and maintain awareness of federal, state, and local tax codes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; CPA preferred for Supervisor, required for Manager
• 4-5+ years of tax experience
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in managing complex tax projects and client communications
• Willingness to engage in professional development and training
