Senior Analyst, Commissions

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Analyst, Producer Commissions & Incentive Payables.

Key Responsibilities

• Review producer/client advisor employment agreements and ensure proper onboarding/offboarding related to commissions
• Generate and review monthly reports for commission payments and coordinate necessary corrections
• Prepare quarterly reconciliations of producer draw accounts and field inquiries from commission recipients

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in accounting or the insurance industry
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
• Experience with Applied, Benefit Point, and/or NetSuite is a plus
