Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Tax to lead the tax department and manage tax compliance and provision for a multinational consolidated group.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation and reporting of the consolidated tax provision in accordance with International Accounting Standards
• Oversee the preparation and review of federal, state, and local tax workpapers and returns
• Provide technical guidance to the tax team and develop best practices for tax processes

Required Qualifications

• BS in Accounting or related field; MS in Taxation preferred
• Progressive corporate tax experience in multinational tax compliance and financial reporting
• Strong knowledge of Thomson Reuters OneSource corporate tax software and Microsoft Excel
• Up-to-date knowledge of tax law changes, including the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act and CARES Act
• Excellent understanding of multinational and multi-state corporate tax laws
