Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Accounting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of accounting operations, ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP and internal controls
• Manage a growing team, focusing on coaching, training, and implementing quality control processes
• Oversee system implementation and process improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; degree in accounting preferred
• CPA preferred or sufficient coursework to meet CPA eligibility
• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience in a complex or high-growth environment
• Deep knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting; experience with IFRS preferred
• Strong system implementation experience, particularly with ERP systems
