Payroll Delivery Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll Delivery Manager I to manage payroll operations and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day payroll operations and ensure quality control and compliance with service level agreements
• Manage payroll specialists and support clients throughout various life cycles, including project planning and rollout
• Track workflow processes, improve efficiencies, and maintain positive relationships with internal and external partners

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in high-volume payroll operations, including US payroll processing
• Strong analytical and technical expertise with end-to-end payroll experience
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours to meet client needs, including weekends and holidays
