Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support its Americas Recruiting team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage candidate progression through the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and oversee candidate disposition
• Address and resolve hiring discrepancies and modifications efficiently
• Oversee the end-to-end background check process, ensuring timely completion and communication with all parties involved

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in a fast-paced administrative role, preferably in Talent Acquisition or HR
• Proven experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Strong ability to independently verify information and handle sensitive hiring-related matters
• Experience in managing multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously
• Adaptability to changing priorities throughout the workday
