Job Summary

A company is looking for a Systems Administrator to provide support for business-critical applications and users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for line of business applications, troubleshooting SQL-based integrations and managing vendor relationships
  • Deliver in-person and remote support for end-users and mobile devices, overseeing one Tier 1 technician
  • Monitor system uptime and assist with user onboarding/offboarding while maintaining documentation for workflows
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of IT experience, preferably in Systems Administration
  • Solid working knowledge of SQL for data queries and reporting
  • Experience supporting end users and mobile devices in complex environments
  • Familiarity with system integrations, APIs, or third-party software connections is a plus
  • Experience with Active Directory, Exchange, SharePoint, or virtualization tools is advantageous
