ERP Implementation Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead ERP Specialist to manage the implementation and ongoing support of Unanet's ERP and CRM systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the internal subject matter expert for Unanet's ERP and CRM systems, managing configuration and reporting
• Collaborate with the Implementation Program Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure successful system implementation and user support
• Provide ongoing training and support post-implementation, enhancing user experience and resolving issues as they arise

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience with Unanet's GovCon ERP and CRM systems
• 15+ years of experience in the defense industry, with 12+ years in ERP systems
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field; Master's or MBA preferred
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Ability to obtain a security clearance, requiring U.S. citizenship
