Job Summary

A company is looking for a System Administrator to support and maintain critical technology infrastructure and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain PingFederate SSO client connections and manage certificate handling
• Configure and support SendGrid for email delivery and manage email security protocols on Microsoft Exchange
• Collaborate with IT, Security, and Development teams to support integrations and deployments

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience may be accepted
• 3+ years of experience as a System Administrator or in a similar role
• Strong expertise with Microsoft Windows Server and Active Directory
• Hands-on experience with PingFederate or similar SSO solutions
• Proficiency with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP
