Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Solution Analyst III Scheduling and Referral Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver business outcomes by partnering with stakeholders to understand service excellence needs and implement system changes
• Establish and define technology standards, providing expert advice and mentoring junior team members
• Develop strong relationships with internal partners to optimize application design and system performance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Epidemiology, Computer Sciences, Process Engineering, Business, Healthcare, Information Systems, or related field
• Four to seven years of experience in reporting and/or analytics in relevant areas
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple complex projects
• Proficiency in SQL, SAS, Tableau, Excel, and clinical software applications
• Significant knowledge of cross-functional departments to provide guidance and leadership
