Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceNow HRSD Architect to architect, develop, and implement the HRSD module within the ServiceNow Platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of end-to-end ServiceNow HRSD solutions
• Customize and maintain HRSD modules, including HR Service Configuration and country-based notifications
• Provide solution guidance and facilitate design and implementation sessions while troubleshooting complex platform issues

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Architect
• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect and Application Developer
• Deep knowledge of HR processes and case management within ServiceNow
• Proficiency in ServiceNow customization, configuration, and scripting (JavaScript)
