Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst - Consulting - Enterprise Transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand current business processes and systems
• Conduct gap analysis to identify differences between current and future states, and document functional requirements
• Develop training materials and assist with user training activities

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a professional services organization
• Demonstrated ability to analyze business processes and document functional requirements
• Experience in conducting gap analysis
• Familiarity with business analysis tools and techniques (e.g., process mapping, use cases, user stories)
