Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 2-3 years of experience in an operational role, preferably in Technical Support or Marketing
  • Prior experience with software integrations such as Zapier and Freshworks
  • Intermediate proficiency in Google Sheets
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
