Job Summary

A company is looking for a Strategic Alliances Manager to source, recruit, develop, and manage alliances in the APAC region.

Key Responsibilities

• Set and execute regional alliances strategy in collaboration with sales and marketing
• Research and recruit new partners aligned with global strategy
• Manage relationships with existing partners and conduct quarterly business reviews

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in partner sales or alliances development in a SaaS environment
• B2B partnerships experience in the HCM industry and marketplaces
• Commercially savvy with a self-motivated, results-focused attitude
• Ability to present to new partners and at senior leadership level
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
