Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Corporate Counsel.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate, and close a variety of client-facing commercial contracts, focusing on public sector and strategic partnerships
• Advise internal stakeholders on Federal and SLED government contracting
• Provide legal support for strategic alliances and technology partnerships

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited American law school and licensed to practice law in the employee's state of residence
• 7-10 years of relevant experience as a commercial transactions attorney, with at least 5 years focused on government contracts
• In-depth knowledge of FAR, DFARS, and federal procurement regulations
• Experience structuring, negotiating, and closing complex partnership agreements
• Familiarity with global partnership frameworks and cross-jurisdictional legal considerations
