Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director, Corporate and Securities.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with federal and state securities laws and prepare/review SEC filings
• Advise on executive compensation activities and assist with investor communications
• Collaborate with various departments to support corporate governance and legal matters

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree; licensed to practice law in the U.S
• Minimum 5 years of experience in-house and/or with a law firm, preferably in biotech or pharmaceuticals
• Self-motivated, proactive, and strategic with excellent judgment
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Ability to create and deliver effective presentations and train stakeholders on legal topics
