A company is looking for a Commercial Counsel.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, negotiate, and manage a range of SaaS commercial and vendor agreements
• Provide legal advice on commercial activities and mitigate risks related to data privacy and compliance
• Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance internal legal processes and support contract lifecycle management

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school
• Active membership in at least one U.S. state bar
• 5-7+ years of experience as a corporate or commercial attorney, focusing on SaaS and data privacy
• Experience with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems
• Demonstrated interest in legal innovation and AI law
