Stars Program Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Stars Analyst to oversee and enhance Stars performance for Medicare Advantage plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end Stars strategy and execution across assigned clients
• Collaborate with health plan leaders to improve Star ratings and drive innovative initiatives
• Monitor data trends and ensure program compliance while acting as the Stars program expert

Required Qualifications

• Five or more years of healthcare experience, with at least two years in Stars, CMS, NCQA, or HEDIS
• Understanding of Stars measures and their financial impact
• Experience in closing member quality gaps and provider outreach strategies
• Knowledge of regulatory quality-based reporting and audit requirements
• Strong project management skills and ability to work independently
