Pennsylvania Licensed Oncology Nurse

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Oncology Nurse Case Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct clinical assessments and monitor changes in health for cancer patients
• Coordinate care transitions and educate members and caregivers about diagnoses and treatments
• Assist with administrative projects and communicate feedback to clinical leadership

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing and an unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
• At least 5 years of nursing experience, with 3 years in oncology nursing or case management
• Certified Case Manager (CCM) certification required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, start-up environment and adapt to rapid changes
• Experience with technology and electronic health records is preferred
