Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Accountant - Accounts Receivable.

Key Responsibilities

• Process customer invoices accurately and timely according to contract terms
• Manage accounts receivable, monitor aging reports, and follow up on outstanding balances
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies in billing or payments

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or a similar accounting role
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Strong understanding of billing and collections processes
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks or similar ERP systems)
• Experience with SaaS billing models, deferred revenue, and ASC 606 compliance
