Job Summary

A company is looking for an Interim Controller to join their team on a contract basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead month-end close for eight separate legal entities
• Execute multi-entity consolidation roll-ups into Sage Intacct
• Manage foreign currency accounting for an India-based subsidiary

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in multi-entity accounting and consolidation
• Private equity experience preferred
• Strong technical accounting skills with GAAP expertise
• Familiarity with Sage Intacct or similar ERP systems
• Ability to perform both strategic oversight and tactical tasks
