Job Summary

A company is looking for a Solutions Specialist to assist small and mid-sized businesses during their trial experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for prospective customers during their trial, providing guidance and support
• Conduct discovery calls to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions and pricing plans
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share insights and improve onboarding materials

Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in SMB customer onboarding, customer success, sales, or a related role
• Proven track record of meeting goals and objectives
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to learn and explain complex products
• Experience with CRM software and onboarding tools
• Familiarity with SaaS or no-code/low-code platforms is preferred
