Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of supervisory or managerial experience, preferably in software development or call center operations
  • 4-5 years of customer service experience required
  • 3+ years of development experience preferred, but not required
