Business Analysis Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analysis Consultant - Remote.

Key Responsibilities:

• Document business requirements and produce state-mandated reports on affordability, quality measures, and clinical transformation
• Develop SQL-based reports and dashboards to support business goals and conduct root cause analyses for clinical initiatives
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and collaborate with technical teams to automate processes

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 4+ years of experience in a business and/or systems analyst role
• 4+ years of experience utilizing SQL for ad-hoc reporting in SQL Server and/or Snowflake environments
• 2+ years of experience designing Tableau or Power BI reports
• Advanced proficiency with SQL and Microsoft Excel
