Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Salesforce Business Analyst to act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and translate business requirements into system solutions
• Analyze business processes and implement improvement opportunities
• Lead a team of business analysts and provide end-user training on applications

Required Qualifications

• At least 5 years of business analysis or IT project experience
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce workflows and administration
• Bachelor's degree required; PMP, IIBA, or Salesforce Admin certification preferred
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Visio, and Teams
• Experience with Jira for task management and reporting
