Job Summary

A company is looking for a Virtual Mental Health Therapist (Licensed in Colorado) for short-term therapy.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop targeted treatment plans
• Deliver brief, solution-focused interventions and manage client safety
• Maintain accurate documentation and activate referrals for long-term care

Required Qualifications

• A Master's Degree in an area of Mental Health (psychology, social work, counseling, etc.)
• Clinical confidence in the Brief Solution-Focused model of treatment
• Experience in an EAP or brief counseling model of care is preferred
• Must hold full licensure to practice as an independent therapist in Colorado
• High-speed internet and a private, professional workspace are required
