• Configure, support, and implement ITOM solutions
• Conduct workshops, document processes, and create user stories
• Participate in a 3-day workshop in Dallas

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow
• Expertise in CIS - ITOM and ITOM solutions
• Experience with Discovery and CMDB
• Certified ServiceNow Administrator (CSA) is essential
• Strong consultancy skills and ability to work independently
