Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of recent experience in debt settlement, credit counseling, or related inside sales role
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a high-volume environment
• Strong computer literacy and CRM proficiency
• Must have a dedicated, quiet home workspace and reliable high-speed internet
• Self-motivated and disciplined with strong time management skills
