Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Now, HRSD Citizen Developer.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and configure custom applications, forms, portals, and dashboards within the Service Now HRSD platform
• Automate HR processes and oversee the development and maintenance of the HR Service Catalog and Knowledge Base
• Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize enhancements, and conduct user acceptance testing

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience working with Service Now HRSD
• Completion of ServiceNow Citizen Developer Core Skills Micro-Certification Suite or equivalent low-code development certification required; CIS-HR Certification strongly preferred
• Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field preferred, or a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
• Graduate Degree with a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience is also acceptable
