Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceNow Functional Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document functional requirements for ServiceNow modules
• Contribute to designing ServiceNow solutions based on business requirements and best practices
• Analyze existing workflows, recommend enhancements, and facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT)

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience as a Functional Analyst with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms
• Relevant ServiceNow certifications
• Experience in process improvement methodologies (e.g., ITIL) is a plus
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management tools is advantageous
